We are a growing company in need of a Human Resource/Administrative Specialist who will be responsible for the end-to-end recruitment requirements of the company. They will be tasked handle different HR/admin functions such as employee relations, record keeping, overall HR development & management, as well as direct and coordinate the administrative functions of the organization.

We are looking for candidates who best matches the qualifications we need and able to effectively perform/deliver the functions required by the position. They must be willing to work flexible hours in our Makati office.

Recruitment
• Build applicant resources.
• Post job advertisements and campaigns.
• Administer pre-employment tests.
• Conducts interviews and verifies references.
• Performs and conduct onboarding process.

Employee Relations
• Address and resolve all employment relations issues/challenges.
• Oversee engagement programs and other employee relations tasks.
• Process all personnel action forms and ensure proper approval, referring special communications to appropriate person.
• Cultivates a great working dynamic between the management and employees.
• Keeps all human resources information confidential.
• Updates human resources policies, procedures, laws, and standards to new and existing employees.

Record Management
• Maintains (documents, updates and logs) human resources records and daily staff logs.
• Preparation, update and log of all HR related employment records.
• Monitors attendance and leaves.
• Monthly compliances to SSS, Philhealth and PagIBIG
• Keeps the documentation of the recruitment process up-to-date.
• Tracks employee performance/KPI.

HR Management
• Facilitates employee trainings
• Recommends new policies and best practices.
• Understands current legislation and enforces regulations within the company.
• Participates in educational opportunities; reads professional publications; maintains personal networks; participates in professional organizations.
• Provides weekly or monthly reporting of individual and team performance.
• Provides administrative task to the organization by completing related results as needed.
• Responsible for scheduling, rotations and assignments.
• Ensures employees are aligned with company targets and objectives.


QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Management or related field preferred.
Work experience of no less than 2 years in the HR department or any HR/recruitment function.
Strong grasp and understanding of current labor and employee legislations and practices.
Proven track record in employee retention.
Connections and ties with a variety of recruitment resources.
Must possess strong interpersonal and communication skills; a people person and approachable who possesses tact and diplomacy.
Above average English skills, both written and verbal.
Proficient with Office 365.
Innovative and can think out-of-the-box.
Able to fairly balance management and employee relations, and use critical thinking to effectively solve human resource issues.
Respect the importance of confidentiality.
Experience and proficiency in social media marketing/internet-savvy.
Ability in mentoring/coaching staff as well as experience in conducting trainings.
Knowledgeable in using metrics to improve various processes in the organization.
Know-how in developing plans, policies and forecasts.
