What’s a Customer Service Representative (Call Center Agent)?
Customer Service Representatives primarily deal with customer inquiries. They remain in touch with the customers through phone, e-mail and fax. Agents should always be polite and their objective is to answer questions about the business and its products which include guiding customers to solving their problems.
