Real Time Analyst
Requirements:
•Must be college degree in any field.
•With 3 to 5 years Real time analyst experience
•With strong verbal and written communication skills
•Knowledeable with Aspect, eWorkforce, Witness, Blue Pumpkin, RTA etc.
•Must be consistent, fexible and pro-active.
•Responsible for monitoring agents phone activity
•Able to work in flexible schedule.
•Must be willing to work in Taguig.
•Full-Time positions available
