Item description

This job title is responsible for administering to the general operations of the department as well as planning for major targets in the areas of employee recruitment, selection and placement; compensation and benefits administration; productivity; employee training and development, employee relations as well as programs and organization development.

REQUIREMENTS

· Male / Female, at least 30 years old

· Graduate of Psychology, Management, or any allied course

· With at least three (3) to five (5) years of managerial experience in HR work

· Proficient in MS Office

· Fluent in oral and written English and Filipino

· With strong ability to effectively communicate in all levels of the organization

· Creative and innovative, with strong leadership and decision making ability, flexible and people-oriented
