We are looking for a FEMALE housemate to occupy a room in Cityland 8 Makati.

NON Smoker (smoking is not allowed)

Considerate meaning: not noisy, refrains using the light while the roommate is asleep (use a lamp shade instead)

Limits sleepover an visitors (make paalam if ever and never never sneak anybody inside)

Not making pakialam to your roommate’s and housemates’ belongings (obvious na to dapat but we need to emphasize this)

Boys are not allowed to stay or sleep inside the room

Fun to be with

Values the security and privacy of the other housemates

Day shift office girl preferred

15 mins away from MAPUA Makati

20 mins away from greenbelt, glorietta

With tv, gas stove, microwave, toaster, sala set, dining table, REF

Toilet and bathroom: 2

Laundry area: 1

All you have to do is bring a fan or a/c if you wish, personal items and you are good to go. We have foams left by previous housemates but I think it's up for sale for a very very minimal fee (which will go to our revolving fund).

No need to bring a cabinet. We have one built-in cabinet (w/o lock) inside the room. It's built that way. You may use it.

THE RENT IS VERY CHEAP CONSIDERING THE UNIT IS FULLY FURNISHED

Original and photocopy of NBI clearance, 2 valid IDS, pay slip and facebook account (make it public please for the time being). Or any other supporting documents that would vouch for your character. We will screen thoroughly the interested parties for safety/security.

Average rent is 4,500 max inclusive of wifi, cable, distilled water, cleaner, gas, assoc dues, water and electricity. 2 mos advance, one month deposit. So prepare an estimate of 10k. FOR SERIOUS TAKERS ONLY AND WILLING TO OCCUPY THE UNIT ASAP (at least by first week of July 2013)
