DANCE WORKSHOP
Dance related activities are an excellent way to develop self-discipline, self confidence and both mental and physical development. Is is also an outstanding exercise that will improve your flexibility, coordination and your overall aerobic function. The goal of our workshop is for the student to learn and experience dance in a fun way, without compromising the quality education and dicipline we instill in out students.
This workshop will introduce student to contemporary hip-hop and modern dance technique. Students will demostrate dance skills through warm-ups and choreographed routines It includes the study of level change, floor work, weight shift, dynamic alignment and expressions.
