CREDIT MANAGEMENT ANALYST (BACK-END) – SHARED SERVICES
Purpose of the Position
•Regional assistance to controls key debtor performance across the RSE countries– DSO, Aged debt and bad debt to ensure full adherence to stretched targets within assigned customer base
•Responsible for maintenance and update of customer credit master in the SAP system
•Performs account reconciliation and raises required credit and debit notes
•Provides assistance in preparation of Bad debt Report/DSO Report/Aging Report as required by In-country Team
•Works as key team player within the shared services credit management team - ensuring consistency of performance and reductions in cost to collect KPI’s
•Leverages from external benchmarking of DSO/Bad debt reduction within RSE /Country and seeks to apply learning’s within personal portfolio
•Acting as first point of contact for internal country customers in relation to regionally defined credit management activities – master data/ development of major debt issues - including queries, complaints, payment information & account information
•Ensures adherence to personal Shared Services -HPO OTC& FiCo KPI and KII’s targets
•Uses analysis and influence to drive continuous improvement between the business and our customers
Required Qualifications/Experience
•Can speak fluent Mandarin & English
•Degree in business or any associated discipline, preferably financial background
•Considerable Experience in Credit management / Customer Service
•Proven results delivery- demonstrated success within a credit management team
•Experience in working under pressure / high volume environments
•Knowledge on outbound telephony preferred
•SAP Systems experience preferred
•Computer literate and proficiency in MS Office applications
Age Limit: 40y/o
Salary: 60,000
