Qualifications:

· Must be able to communicate effectively, verbal and written, in both English and Japanese (Hiragana, Katakana, and Kanji).

· Familiar with MS Word, MS Excel and MS PowerPoint.

· Willing to work on Holidays, Weekends, and Shifting Schedules and extended working hours.

· Willing to learn and work in an IT environment.

Responsibilities:
· Translation tasks (e.g. e-mails, tickets, error information) from English to Japanese and vice versa.

· May require interpretation service during conferences or meetings with counterparts, clients, and vendors.

· Initiate and implement Quality Assurance and process improvement activities.

· Assist in the development of bilinguals by conducting brownbag or training.

· Ability and interest to learn business, tools and technical terminologies.

· Ability to use and contribute in strengthening translation tools to increase productivity.

· Works with teams and diverse range of people.

Nice to have:
· JLPT passer: N3 Level or higher

· TOEIC score: 600 or higher
