Global Headstart Specialist is looking for
Team Leader for VOIP Account
Requirements:
•Candidate must possess at least a Vocational Diploma / Short Course Certificate, Bachelor's/College Degree in any field.
•At least 2 to 3 years working experience in a call center industry as a Team Leader/Supervisor
•With good leadership and management skills
•With strong verbal and written communication skills
•With good coaching skills, able to motivate and encourage agents
•Must be consistent, fexible and pro-active.
•Ensures agents metrics are met.
•Able to work in flexible schedule.
•Must be willing to work in Taguig.
•Full-Time positions available
