Global Headstart Specialist, Inc. is looking for
Multilingual (CSR)
Responsibilities:
•In charge of handling international calls and provide high level of customer service.
Requirements:
•Good oral communication skills in any of the following languages: SPANISH, MANDARIN, KOREAN, CANTONESE, FUKIEN, JAPANESE, BAHASA, THAI, MALAY, VIETNAMESE, FRENCH, GERMAN and PORTUGESE
•Candidate should have good communication skills in “English” (WRITTEN and ORAL)
•Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in any field.
•Must be at least 18 years old or older.
•Must be customer service oriented.
•Must be willing to work graveyard shift, shifting schedules, holidays and weekends.
•Must be willing to work in Makati.
•Call center experience is a plus!
