•Open for Native or Non-Native German Speakers
•Good English Communication Skills

•Customer Service in Sales Account is a big Advantage
•Working in Sales or in a BPO Setting is a big Plus
•Understanding of the sales process and dynamics
•Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
•Willing to work in Makati City
Responsibilities:
•Attend to customers inquiries via phone or email
•Process sales and address inquiries related to sales and services
•Helping determine pricing schedules for quotes, promotions, and negotiations.
•Giving sales presentations to a range of prospective clients.
•Maintains documentation of customer contact and account updates
