Web Development Team Leader - Makati

Job summary:

He/she must manage the critical elements of the web production process from concept right through to implementation and support. The candidate must be a creative thinker and be able to offer good ideas and solutions. Must be able to confidently converse with English-speaking foreign clients via email and telephone in order to gather requirements. Responsible for scheduling the workload of the web development team for fast-moving projects. Must be able to refine the web production process by finding efficient ways to execute project without compromising quality. He/she must ensure code quality, code consistency and provide QA support.

Requirements:

●Creative thinker
●Minimum of two (2) years experience managing web projects preferably from a programming or graphic design background
●Must have excellent communications skills and must be able to work with overseas clients
●Team player with strong project management skills
●Must be able to handle tight deadlines and be able to perform under pressure
