ACCOUNTS PAYABLE - ANALYST
Required Key Skills (Functional/Technical)
•Can speak fluent Mandarin & English
•written and verbal communication skills; strong organization skills
•Proficient in MS Office and preferably with SAP experience
•Ability to multi-task and must be detail oriented
•Ability to work well in a team environment
•Open to change and willing to learn new skills
•Ability to follow-through on pending issues and to meet deadlines
Required Qualifications/Experience
•Graduate of any business course, preferably Accountancy
•1 to 2 years of working experience, preferably in accounts payable and / or general accounting field
•Exposure to procurement function is an added advantage
•Account Payable team.
Purpose of the Position
Responsible for the accounts payable function including accurate and timely posting of invoices, processing of expense reports, invoice resolution, and month-end closing in line with companies policies and procedures and conform to generally accepted accounting principles
Age Limit: 40y/o
Salary: 60,000
